We are a small animal practice in Great Yarmouth, first established in 1880. Your pets are our priority and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals.
Nikki joined Haven as a receptionist in 1993. In 1997 she was trained by Jill Siely to become the practice administrator. In April 2017 Nikki was promoted to practice manager. Nikki loves spending time with her husband and daughter and also her two Irish Red Setters called Poppy and crazy George.
Chantelle joined the reception team in October 2016, after leaving Haven Holidays as a restaurant team leader. Chantelle loves dance and is trained in tap, jazz and commercial, to name but a few, she is engaged and is set to marry in September 2018. Chantelle has two Staffies Zena and Marley. She also has successfully achieved a level 3 in Animal Management.
Jacie-Mae joined the Haven Reception team in October 2016 having previously worked at the Grosvenor Casino. Jacie enjoys socialisation with friends. She has two pets, a Pink Galah Cockatoo named Dolly and a Patterdale Cross named Scrap. Dolly loves dancing and having lots of tickles and Scrap just sleeps all day!
Maureen joined the reception team here at Haven in May 2011. She is originally from Cornwall and moved to Norfolk in 1975. She has a son, daughter and two grandchildren. Maureen also has a rescue car called Mabel.
Abi joined the Haven reception team in Jan 2016. She has a passion for animals, having a French Bull Dog called Hugo and two cats. Abi obtained her level 2&3 in Animal Care at Easton & Otley College. She hopes in time to become a qualified zoo keeper.
Tanja joined the practice in September 2010. She currently deals with insurance claims. She has a black Labrador called Willow and two Guinea Pigs called Peanut and Pepsi.
Katie joined the admin team in September 2014. Katie lives with her partner in Bradwell. She loves animals especially horses, Katie has her own horse called Cadburys.
Anthony came to the practice in 1993 to do his work experience from school and stayed! Fifteen years on he continues to help out on a voluntary basis four days a week. Anthony is highly valued and loved by all.
